Transport of Students
As guardian, Ruyang is responsible for the safety and well-being of the children under our care while they are in the UK, except when in the care of their school. It will be our responsibility, therefore, to ensure the student’s safe transit between airports, schools and hosts, whenever they travel.
We will either greet and deliver the student, or use the services of trusted drivers who are known to us and have been working with us for some time. We will never use a taxi service that is not known or has not been recommended by a trusted partner such as a school.
If the student is a ‘new arrival’ to the UK, they will always be greeted at the airport by Ruyang staff who will take the student to their school and ensure that they are properly introduced and in safe hands, reassured and happy, before leaving.
